Nothing is any trouble to them or their teams always welcoming to myself, my sister has now got a purpose due to their care and attention. “Mum was there nearly four years before she passed, they looked after Mum as if she was their mum. It's like a home from home. She was well looked after and very much loved and she loved them. Mum loved living there. The food was very good and her clothes and things were well looked after. Mum really didn't want to go into a care home but after a week of being there she said I should have done this years ago, she made friends and Mum was very happy at Bay Tree. A big thank you for looking after Mum so well, as they go the extra mile. The staff make the residents laugh and our very cheery and they make every resident feel special.”

The staff are very helpful and friendly and communication with management is good. My mum is very well cared for at Cherry Tree and has lived her for just under three years.”
