We pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming environment that combines the comfort of a boutique hotel with the personal touches of home. Our residents enjoy their own en-suite private rooms, offering privacy and comfort. Each room is beautifully decorated, but we always encourage residents to personalise their space with their own belongings to make it feel even more like home. Our facility is fully accessible, equipped with modern safety features and Wi-Fi throughout, ensuring everyone stays connected and secure.

Dining at Cherry Tree includes homemade meals prepared on-site, with a varied menu tailored to meet all dietary needs. Residents can enjoy their meals in the lively communal area or the privacy of their own rooms. For relaxation, our lounges, quiet areas, and the garden offer perfect spots for socialising or quiet contemplation, all maintained with our comprehensive housekeeping and laundry services to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.

Residential Care

As standard, we offer excellent residential care to all residents in our homes. Old age isn’t a straight road, we know. Elderly residents come to us with all sorts of challenges, from personal care to managing medications. We provide a friendly, non-judgemental hand with everyday tasks like dressing, bathing, and dining.

The owners have made some wonderful changes/improvements with a lovely visiting pod, ‘tea room’ for residents and always keep the gardens lovely. There are gorgeous floral murals in many areas and regular visits from the hairdresser/beauty care team. During the lockdown/Covid period it was a safe haven from the virus. Staff moved in for weeks and it was in total lockdown protecting the residents and staff. Winning an award was completely deserved and everyone involved in this home should be proud - well done!”

Who is my point of contact at the home my relative resides in?

The registered house manager is the primary point of contact for the families and social workers of all our residents. Before you make a decision, you’ll have ample chance to get to know the house manager and discuss a method of communication that works for you.

Are there specific visiting hours?

Understanding that everyone’s schedule is different, we want to give our residents and their families ample opportunity to see each other. We welcome visitors throughout the day at all of our homes. Contact a specific home to find out their individual visiting hours.

Do you have a waiting list for your homes?

Sometimes the demand for a place in our homes is high. We work with social services and local authorities to determine whether service users can and should be placed in our homes and manage waiting lists carefully to ensure the wait time is as short as possible.
