Frequently
Asked Questions

How can I choose the best home for my relative?

Choosing the right home is critically important to the wellbeing of your relative. Thankfully you’re not alone in this process. We support you every step of the way to help you decide based on your relative’s needs assessment and personality.

Is there a waiting list for your homes?

Sometimes there can be a waiting list for our homes. After assessing your relative’s needs and determining which home is best for them, we’ll endeavour to place your resident as soon as possible.

Can I book a tour around a home?

Contact us to book a tour; we highly recommend it! Touring our homes in person, with or without your relative, will give you a feel for the place that pictures, reviews, and descriptions never can. It’s a wonderful way to know you’re making the right decision and take away stress on moving day.

My relative has special requirements. Can you meet them?

We pride ourselves on our versatile approach to every client, understanding deeply that each person has different needs and lived experiences. We aim to get to know you and your relative (or your service user if you work for the local authority) so we can anticipate all the ways we need to support them.
