Located in the charming town of Lathom, Burscough, nestled in the heart of Lancashire, Arranmore Park is a trusted and reliable home for those seeking a safe and comfortable environment for their loved ones.
From daily living assistance to personal care and even specialist dementia support, the services offered at Arranmore Park are tailored to each resident's unique needs. Our staff are compassionate about person-centred care, which is what makes our residents so happy and calm in this home.
Community engagement is encouraged but never pushed at Arranmore Park. The home hosts regular events and activities, including music performances, games, and excursions to local attractions. Residents are invited for car rides around the countryside, for afternoon tea, pub lunches, shopping excursions, garden centre visits, and canal trips—if they take their fancy.

Residents benefit from en-suite rooms fitted with televisions and tastefully decorated (but with the option of redecorating to your wishes). The first and second floors and accessible via a lift, and the whole building is fitted with wheelchair access, an emergency call system, and 24-hour CCTV in communal areas.
Residents at Arranmore Park are catered to by an in-house chef who ensures individual meal plans are followed to the letter. Residents are invited to participate in a range of activities that ease socialising, exercise their minds, and allow them to build new exciting skills.

Arranmore Park offers residential care and nursing care to senior residents through a team of highly qualified staff that can assist with tasks like taking medication and personal care. We also offer support to help manage the symptoms of dementia and help keep residents peaceful and comfortable.
Arranmore is located right on the A5209, with parking on-site. It is also very close to Burscough Junction Train Station and can be accessed by the 313, 335, 755, 957, and 958 at the bus stop outside the home.
The home is very close to both Burscough and Ring o’ Bells where residents and their loved ones can find local shops and amenities. It is also a short journey from St John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church.
Before someone is placed in Arranmore Park, it’s best to contact us directly with queries so we can answer them promptly or direct you to the right person. After someone is placed, social workers and loved ones can contact the registered home manager to assist them.
We’re more than happy to arrange a tour of any of our homes. Booking a tour is a great way to get the ‘feel’ of the place and decide whether it’s an atmosphere your relative or service user will feel comfortable in. It can also help to check the facilities are suitable.
We work with families and local authorities to ensure residents are only placed in our homes when their needs and best interest are completely met. Our staff are all qualified in the relevant certifications needed to meet the duty of care. Additionally, our staff are trained in specific tasks like delivering unique courses of medication and providing personal care.
The registered house manager is the primary point of contact for the families and social workers of all our residents. Before you make a decision, you’ll have ample chance to get to know the house manager and discuss a method of communication that works for you.
Understanding that everyone’s schedule is different, we want to give our residents and their families ample opportunity to see each other. We welcome visitors throughout the day at all of our homes. Contact a specific home to find out their individual visiting hours.
Sometimes the demand for a place in our homes is high. We work with social services and local authorities to determine whether service users can and should be placed in our homes and manage waiting lists carefully to ensure the wait time is as short as possible.
