We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Manager / Care Quality (Residential Dementia Care Home), to support the registered manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality care in our home. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for senior care, ensuring that residents receive the support they need while promoting their independence and dignity whilst focusing on on over seeing the care delivery and ensuring the highest quality of care for those we support.
